CHANGES AT STAMPS DUE TO COVID Stamps has remained open and continued to provide

CHANGES AT STAMPS DUE TO COVID Stamps has remained open and continued to provide services to students throughout the pandemic Telemedicine • Psychiatry transitioned to providing visit by telemedicine in the spring and continues this practice in the fall. As a result of providing care remotely, Psychiatry had a record number of visits during the summer because students who would normally transition care to a local provider at home continued to receive care from Stamps’ psychiatrists. • Primary Care used telemedicine as a initial screen of patients during Spring and Summer. Students whose complaint could not be resolved over the phone were brought in for an in-person appointment. This Fall, students with respiratory symptoms that may be Covid are getting a test, then a telemedicine appointment. If needed, an in-person appointment is scheduled.

FY 22 PLANS At this time Stamps is not planning to ask for a fee increase for FY 22 • Stamps has reserves sufficient to meet our goal of 3 months operating cash on hand additional funding for facility renovations and equipment replacement. • We are anticipating personnel expenses in FY 21 being less than budgeted due to vacant positions • We are anticipating there will not be a significant change in need for services from Stamps in the 21 -22 academic year, so anticipate clinical revenue will be relatively steady. We may need to consider a Health Fee increase in FY 23.
