INFORMATION ABOUT THE FACTORY Malinovskiy glassworks Ltd is а proven and reliable player in the glass maket of Ukraine. The factory was founded by a group of companies «Olymp» and Partners, focused on the production of high-quality glass products of any complexity for alcoholic beverages and canning industry. The plant was built in the greenfield, according to the most modern standards of quality and packaging of glass products. All production lines are equipped with equipment produced by market leaders in machinery for the glass industry. Start of construction of the plant - in December 2005, put into operation in December 2007.

Technical characteristics of the plant A short list of technological equipment: Glass furnace : project of «HORN» company (Germany), furnace productivity – 240 tons/day , type of glass– tare colorless; Glass-forming machines : three 8 -sectional lines «Emhart» (Switzerland), spacing on centers 5 ½’, they can produce a bottle and jar of various forms from 0. 2 to 1 liter inclusively. One of the vehicles equipped to work under NNPB process, which makes it possible to obtain products by 20 -25% lighter than conventional glassware. The most modern method of cooling of blank molds which allows to achieve higher values on the distribution and quality of glass is used in this modification of machines. Quality control of the finished glass products will be carried out by 6 machines of control М 1, SGCC (France). Automation control of all visible defects and minimization of staff present in the area of control will be possible with the help of these machines. Packaging of glass will be made on europallets (1, 2 m х 0, 8 m) in shrink film by palletizers Emmeti (Italy), heat shrinkage machine – Thimon (France) in semiautomatic mode. Production will operate on conditionally raw materials. Project involves the use of modern line of cullet processing (TVT, Чехия). The design and delivery of batch house was made bt "Stromizmeritel" ( Nizhniy Novgorod, Russia ), the power of the batch house is 600 tons of batch per day, with the possibility of making both 2 - batch recipes at the same time. Currently, the major glass plants are retooling outdated equipment to improve the performance of energy saving, therefore Malinovsky glassworks originally used the modern efficient equipment (heat recovery boilers, compressors и т. д. ) The current capacity of the first phase of the plant is 240 tons of glass melt per day.
