After initial therapy in periodontitis cases, the adaptive changes in gingival form, bone contour & depth of gingival sulcus may take place over several years, but in term of clinical attachment level the results are usually fairly stable after six months, this period was suggested as healing period in which a recall program with two weeks interval was suggested. I - Examination and reevaluation of : A – Periodontal condition that include: 1 - degree of gingival inflammation (GI). 2 - measurement the loss of attachment. B – Patient oral hygiene. (PL. I) or(O. H. I). Dr. Kadhim Jawad 12
