Year 12 students need to have a normal life.
Compulsory • Attend School (maybe 20 – 30 hours per week) • Study at home This should be thought of as a full time job • • • Regular sleep (9 and a quarter hours per night) Eat well Time with friends Time with family Regular physical activity (organized sport or other) Relaxation Balance is the key
Optional • Paid work (no more than about 12 hours per week reducing toward exam time) • Community involvement (Church, service groups, clubs etc. ) • Romance • Hobbies Balance is the key
