Middle School Discipline Points At the end of each trimester, Middle School Students will have the opportunity to participate in an activity such as a field trip, dance, field day etc. In order to participate, students must have a certain number of points. Points can be earned as follows: GRADES: Must not have any “F’s” on their trimester report card (10 points) ATTENDANCE: Students must not have more than 3 days absent per trimester. 6 tardies is equal to one day absent. Absences are counted regardless of excused or unexcused. The only exception is for a funeral. BEHAVIOR: Students will be given 10 behavior points to start with. They will lose 1 point for every office referral. Students must have 8 points to participate in the activity
