If you are not sure try using the help information on the main toolbar of most applications. Teachers can give demonstrations of some application features to the class. (So pay attention!). The difference between Merit and Distinction is often quality of explanation do not be afraid to add more slides if you want to put in more evidence to achieve these grades. Your teacher should show you how to do Cell References and Copying to make it easier to do the formulas. • Show a full page screenshot of your spreadsheet here. • To do this, delete this text and then go to Format / Slide Layout and choose this content layer. Add formulas to total up the main data columns. =SUM(A 2: A 3) • Add a formula to find the average of a column. =AVERAGE(A 1: A 6) • Show your formulas by going to Tools/Options and then the View tab should have a check box for Formulas. • Produce a full page screenshot here (See this slide for reference) • Uncheck the Formulas box in the View tab. It will contain a title and appropriate row/column headings. • Your teacher should show you how to do Cell References, Copying and Naming to make the additional tasks easier with the formulas. • Show a full screen print of your wages spreadsheet finished. Formula printouts will be included • • • Show you selected page orientation and how you selected the number of pages your sheet would fit too. On your second screenshot show the sheet in print preview. You will be told by your teacher how they want you to proceed with actual printing.
