LTI no 45: 6/Nov/00 A crane driver was driving a mobile crane along this road to an oil-well for maintenance work. He missed the left turn off by 15 m. He stopped, reversed and tried to make a turn. He did notice the almost 1 meter drop in the road shoulder !!

What can you learn from this LTI ? ? : - Do not drive where you can not see: get out first or use a banks man (even in the middle of no-where!). - Wear a seat belt: also when driving equipment. - Do not panic when things go wrong.
