Club Officers & Board of Directors Installation Bring the group to the front for all to see ¡ Use the installation process as a tool to describe the duties and responsibilities of the jobs ¡ Challenge them to maintain high ideals for their Club ¡
New Member Induction Ask President to invite you ¡ Represent the District ¡ Make it special for the new members & sponsors ¡
New Member Pledge Have a simple, legible copy for the new Member to hold and read from ¡ Invite all Club Members to stand reaffirm their pledge as Optimists ¡
