• Collaborative committee consisting of representatives from ITS, Advising, Registration & Records, and Learning & Student Success • Meet once per month as a whole team, with separate smaller sub meetings

• Provides an actionable way to address advising technology needs • Increases collaboration/communication among multiple voices and perspectives • Gives us flexibility to shift priorities without losing sight of overall needs (e. g. Validate) • Allows everyone involved to come together in support of student success
