Unique Customer Needs Objectives: • Focus on LI customer groups: – harder to engage – have more complex needs • Identify and assess unique needs and enrollment challenges 5
Beneficial Customer Measures Objectives: • Build on prior study • Get perspectives from both customers and contractors/organizations that serve them • Explore viability of offering energy management tools to LI households 6
