Pronouns are the words that replace nouns in a sentence. · For example: imagine you were telling a story about your friend Sara. It might go something like this: · “Sara drove to the store. Then, Sara picked out groceries. Sara paid $20, then drove home. ” · What word would you use to replace Sara?
