FEAR OF FAILURE “IT IS NOT FAILURE THAT PEOPLE FEAR. IT IS THE PERCEIVED NEGATIVE CONSEQUENCES THAT FOLLOW THE FAILURE THAT STRESSES THEM OUT. WHAT CAN YOU DO DURING THE EXAMS? • BE ORGANISED AS WELL AS REMEMBERING CONTENT FOR YOUR EXAMS YOU WILL STILL NEED TO REMEMBER OTHER THINGS; APPOINTMENTS, HOMEWORK, PE KIT, COURSEWORK. TO HELP BE ORGANISED MAKE ‘TO-DO’ LISTS AND TICK OFF ITEMS AS YOU COMPLETE THEM. YOU COULD HAVE A DAILY TO-DO LIST OR A WEEKLY ONE • DOWN TIME REVISION IS VITAL – NO DOUBT ABOUT IT – BUT SO IS YOUR TIME. TRY TO DO SOMETHING YOU ENJOY EVERY SO OFTEN. THIS COULD BE WATCHING A FILM,
