Looking After Yourself Area 5 5. Mental Health. Our emotions and feelings. 1. Remember we said that as a human being you have the capacity to feel and think. That sets you apart from other living things. 2. Self confidence and self image have a lot to with how much we worry or feel anxious…so let’s take a look at these two areas first. Self Confidence: Some young people appear to be very self confident compared with others. Being confident comes naturally to some people but for others, it is something that they will have to work hard at to become. There are two kinds of confidence…which one are you? Internal Confidence: External Confidence: What is happening inside What the outside world you that no one else can sees… see…. …. but you may not be so confident on the inside. ……. you may feel confident in yourself but may not appear confident to others.

We have looked at four ways so far, to support a healthy lifestyle…. a balanced diet, personal hygiene, protecting our skin/keeping warm and cool and of course physical exercise…here is the next way. . 5. Mental Health. Our emotions and feelings. Internal confidence stems from believing in yourself which connects with ‘self image’. How do you actually view yourself? Have you ever considered whether you worry too much? Let’s take a look……. unafraid to be yourself

It is much better to ask someone to help you than to leave it,

It is much better to ask someone to help you than to leave it, say nothing and become even more anxious or worried. Take a look at these questions to help you think about your worries, try and be as honest as you can, there are no right or wrong answers! Can I rate my anxiety/ worry? Alway s ask for help.
