BASIC SETUP Components Main dewatering pump Junction box Attached power cord Additional extention cord
BASIC SETUP Main unit The pump can move 300 gpm and pump to a height of 50 feet. 3” hose with 2 1/2 couplings are used to move water. A knotted rope is used for lowering unit.
BASIC SETUP Junction box Has a handle for the on/ off switch. The junction box also has a 10 ‘ cord to plug in to the outlets on the fireboat and a 50’ cord that is attached to the main power unit. Operations extending past 50’, the 100’ extension cord can be used.
BASIC SETUP 100’ extension cord is separate from the main pump and is hung in the equipment room.
Basic Set-up
Proser Pump Panel The port outlet and circuit breaker panel are located on the portside bulkhead behind the door leading to the engine room.
Once the breaker is turned on, the test light will blink red and must be reset. You must hit the reset button and the light will switch and show a solid green light and the pump can be activated.
The 30 A 240 V outlet is only used for our prosser pump connector. Note the 4 pronged system. . .
30 A 125 V will not work. . .
The starboard outlet is located just outside the pilot house
