Annual n n n n n 1 -1 -2008 Great Lakes 2 T-1 A-2 S/N: 0772 Tach: 808. 91 AFTT: 808. 91 Annual inspection completed this date. Aircraft re-assembled after the following repairs: 1. Wings repaired by persons unknown. 2. Fuselage station 0. 0 repaired as required. 3. Wings inspected before covering. Wings re-covered with Ceconite IAW STC SA 4503 NM. The previous repairs all have 337's on file, see them for details. 4. Re-installed wings, center section, tail feathers, and landing gear. Rigged IAW Great Lakes Model 2 T-1 A-2 Maintenance and rigging manual. 5. Engine mount overhauled and re-installed (tag in logs). 6. Overhauled engine and installed and rigged IAW Great Lakes Model 2 T-1 A-2 Maintenance and rigging manual. 7. Aircraft weighed and the current empty weight is 1314 lbs, moment is 16832. 0, C. G. is 12. 81. Equipment list was updated and placed in logs and in aircraft along with new weight and balance. AD's complied with; 78 -26 -10 R 1 Cockpit Heater, 2004 -25 -22 Induction System, 90 -04 -06 Oil Line Fracture, 2002 -26 -01 Fuel Injector Lines, 81 -15 -03 Brakett Filters, see complete compliance listing in logs. Maintenance/Replacement/Repair 8/26/2008 Cessna TU 206 G S/N: U 20604361 Tach: 0285. 1 AFTT: 1485. 3 Fixed oil leak, right front of engine. Installed all new bearings and races, 08125 and 08231 respectively, both nose wheels. Replaced all main wheel bearings P/N: 13889. Cleaned and greased all wheels and bearings. Raymond M.
