What is Local Level Events? • Local Level Events is an online event registration, donation and ticketing service. • Local Level Events was purchased by the parent company of Payforit. net and takes fundraising to a new ‘level’.

Who can use Local Level Events? • ANY SCHOOL IN THE DISTRICT can use Local Level Events for fundraising whether they are on Payforit. net or not! • Any PTA, Booster Club, etc can also use Local Level Events.
How much does Local Level Cost? • There is no cost to the schools, PTA’s, booster clubs, etc. ! • The purchaser pays credit card processing fee of 3. 9% plus. 75 cents per item.
How does my school get started? 1. Fill out an event set up form. These forms are located on the Auditing website. Attach pictures in jpeg format if necessary. The principal must sign this form. 2. Scan and email the completed form to Melissa Drescher at Local Level. mdrescher@locallevents. com 3. Her direct line is 330 -295 -3139. 4. Once she receives your form she will enter the ‘event’ in the system. 5. She will email you when complete, and then you can work together to edit the event until it’s perfect!
“Tips” • Always use the school name in the Event Title. This will aid parents when they are searching for your event. • Send a picture of the school to put at the top of the event home page. • You can also send pictures of shirts, hoodies, etc. for parents to see.
“Tips” cont. • The contact name should be the bookkeeper for school fundraisers. • The contact name should be the president of the PTA/Booster for support group fundriasers. • The organization will be the school name. • Fundraiser forms MUST be filled out and approved BEFORE adding an event to Local Level.

How do I log in to Local Level? • When you contact Melissa with your first event, she will give you a user id and password. This will be your user id and password for all events for your school. • If you would like the sponsor of the fundraiser to have a log in then please communicate that to Melissa at the time of set up.

How do I record payments received in MAS? • Payments will be received ACH deposit from Local Level and automatically be recorded in your bank account. • Print the report from Local Level and use it to record an adjustment for the ACH deposit in Manatee. • Using the prom example the adjustment will be: $0010 Checking 820. 00 D 5020 Prom 820. 00 • Attach the report from Local Level to the adjustment voucher.
