Blanchette (also called Little Red Riding Hood) is a girl. She has a red dress, a red coat, red socks, red shoes and a red hat.

One day Little Red’s mother says: «Your grandma is sick: please, bring her this basket full of food. » Little Red asks: «Where does Granny live? »

Her mother says: «First you go straight, then you turn left, then you turn right and you are at her house. Then you turn around and come back home»

Little Red isn’t sure: «Mum, do I go right, then turn around, then go straight and then go right? » «…no» «Oh! I go straight, then I go right, then I turn around and then I go left? » «Try again…»

But Mr. Wolf is kind and smart, so he goes to the market to buy some food for Granny. He buys: Bread, Jam, Cheese, Eggs, Chocolate, Apples, Pears and Strawberries. A nice breakfast for Granny.

He arrives at Granny’s house before Little Red. «Hello, Mrs. Granny. How are you today? » «Hmpf!» Granny is VERY GRUMPY today.

Mr. Wolf says: «Are you hungry? » «I’M NOT HUNGRY, I’M ANGRY!» «I have some food for you. Would you like some apples? » «I prefer strawberries» «Fortunately I have strawberries!» «With chocolate. . »

« I have that too» « With jam and bread!» « I also have that» « And some eggs to scramble!» « I have fresh ones!»

When Little Red arrives at Granny’s house, Granny has a BIG tummy «What did you eat, Grandma? ! Did you eat Mr. Wolf? !» Granny didn’t eat Mr. Wolf obviously! He is fine and brings Little Red safely at home
