He is very creative and is really good at giving fabulous ideas for ways to use the food Little Bear has in the house, so that he doesn’t have to go to the shops and can stay at home, just as we all should.

When it is time for Little Bear to say farewell, that means it is time to do our LITTLE DUCK BREATHING. In the last message from Little Bear, he told you about one type of LITTLE DUCK BREATHING: You stand tall with your hands by your side. As you breath in slowly through your nose, you raise your arms in a big stretch over your head. Then as you blow out through your mouth, slowly lower your arms. Repeat this 3 times.
