Over the next two weeks you are going to learn a wishing tale –

Over the next two weeks you are going to learn a wishing tale – ‘King of the Fishes’ and complete some activities to do with the tale. Just like in school, after you’ve learnt the story and completed some helpful skills, you will write up your own version of the ‘King of the Fishes’.

Write those words in your writers books in a list and then find the meaning of each word. Example Bitterly: very cold. NB: Parents pause at any unfamiliar words and test your child
