What is an Ecosystem • An ecosystem is non living and living that interact in an area.
Characteristics • Male lions have gold fur, and have black mains. • Female lions have gold fur too , but they do not have a main.
What is a biome • A biome is a very large living space in an ecosystem.
What is a Abiotic and Biotic • A biotic is a living thing in a ecosystem • An Abiotic is a nonliving thing in a ecosystem.
Nonliving thing in their ecosystem • Caves gives the lion shelter. Water keeps the lion hydrated. Dirt helps the lion run fast, because their claws grip on the dirt.
Living thing in their ecosystem Some living thing are animals like buffaloes, rhinos, and hippos. Plus pond and rivers.
Compare and Contrast • The Polar bears lives in the Artic, So it is very cold so they have a heavy coat. They both have fur that can protect them from the heat and the cold. They also have sharp claws. • The lion lives in Africa which is very hot, So the lion has very little fur.
