Ligation 실험 과정 1. Mix 만들기 재료 한 샘플당 넣는 양 넣을 양 p. GEM vector 1 2. 5 ul T 4 ligase 1 2. 5 ul 2 X T 4 ligase 5 12. 5 ul buffer 2. Mix 7 ul 씩 PCR tube에 분 주 3. Purification한 DNA 3 ul 분 주 4. 살짝 voltexing 후에 spin down하여 튜브 벽면에 묻은 것 제거 5. 16도 heat block에 overnight
