What Services are Available Telephone Consultation s • 24/7 toll free telephone access to licensed mental health professionals for consultation, information, assistance, and resources.

Available Services Face- to. Face Counseling Visits • EAP provides you and eligible family members with access to professional mental health providers near your work or home. • Consultants will assist with accessing services.

What Services are Available Legal Services • You and eligible family members can call EAP and request one 30 minute in-person or telephone consultation, per separate issue, with a network attorney at no cost to you.

What Services are Available Legal Services • Continued legal services are offered at a discounted rate. Examples of service include, divorce/custody, criminal concerns, civil issues, estate planning, and consumer issues.

Available Services Financial Services • Telephone consultations for you with a financial professional, usually 30 -60 minutes in length, per separate issue. Examples include debt and credit management, savings, and life event planning.

Other Services ID Theft Protection and Recovery • Assessing your risk level • Completing paperwork for those who have been compromised

Other Services Live Tobacco Free • Free support for you and eligible family members with overcoming the tobacco addiction. • Unlimited telephone coaching sessions. • Interactive web tools and resources • 10 session on-line program focused on quitting.

On-Line Resources Legal and financial tools and calculators to assist with debt and credit management. On-Line resources include: Work/life assistance including an online provider database for childcare and dependent adult care. Consumer resources, parenting, healthy communication, and balancing home and work.

Lean on Us Designed to help you with everyday problems and questions, big or small. No need to fill out lots of paperwork or make an appointment. 24/7 availability. We work with you to figure out the next steps. If you need counseling, we arrange up to 4 free visits with licensed professionals.
