Findings • Hardware protection systems are well designed and tested. These are mostly in very good shape. • Biggest weakness is sequencer stability, operating procedures, and switching between HEP operation and commissioning.

Points of Interest Not much mention of going below 3. 5 m b* Loss events (dust falling through beam? ) Not a single quench with circulating beam.
