Introduction What is a Po. E Repeater? A Po. E PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment)

Introduction What is a Po. E Repeater? A Po. E PSE (Power Sourcing Equipment) sends power and data to a Po. E (Powered Device). This is great for flexible placement but it is limited to only 100 meters in length. Frequently Po. E PDs need to be connected at distances greater than 100 meters, which is why a Level. One Po. E Repeater lets you overcome this situation. How it works? POE forwarding A Po. E Repeater draws its power from the network cable using Power over Ethernet and requires no local power supply. It can also forward Po. E on to other connected devices that require distance deployment such as IP Cameras and wireless outdoor APs.
