Census of LC (ACS No. 100) Periodical census of all LC`s (Manned/Unmanned) - Once in 3 years l LC`s Census taken for One week. (7 Days) to work out TVU per day (Train units X Road vehicle units). * Train, Motor vehicles, Bullock Carts & Tongas considered as One Unit. * Cycle-Rickshaw /Auto Rickshaws considered as Half Unit. l

Census of LC l motorcycles/two wheelers are considered as ¼ units in the TVU l Census to be carried out by Multi-disciplinary team consisting of representative of CE, S&T and Traffic. l TVU census may also be planned using CCTV camera by outsourcing this activity.

Census of LC l The mechanism shall be set up by DRM to ensure that representatives are present for the census by laying down advance time table for carrying out census of LC gates.
