Socioculture! Children learn by two planes on the zpd: The Lower Limit is the level of problem solving (individualality. ) The Upper Limit is the level of responsibility can take with the help of an adult.
The ZPD! The wider zpd = child can apply learned skills. The smaller zpd = child requires a great deal of assistance with skills.

In some cultures children are expected to babysit and to do household chores, but in others children are to jus play and to do only simple chores such as helping out around the house. He believed that you have to understand the children's social situation.
