Examination Must Be By the Right Standard • Can’t examine self by doctrines of men – Isaiah 55: 8 -9; Jeremiah 10: 23 • Foolish to trust in own feelings – Proverbs 14: 12 • Comparing ourselves with others is not wise – 2 Corinthians 10: 12 • Must examine ourselves by God’s Word – John 12: 48
