More About Goals • A short-term goal can be to learn a new habit that you can do right away. An example of this would be try one new vegetable a week or 15 more minutes of playing outside a day. • A long-term goal is a new habit that you would like to reach by a certain time such as the end of the school year. An example of a long-term goal is getting an A+ in Math class by the end of the year.
