Take the opportunity of the deferment sentence to put in place a VOM which will take place between the hearing establishing the guilt and the hearing establishing the sentence • Aims ü To help the author and the victim to build together an agreement based on VOM ü Prevent the repetition of offences European project "VOM at the post sentence stage“, Paris, 26 th and 27 th november 2009
