Les métiers - jobs jeudi quatre juin Today we starting a new topic about jobs. This week you will learn the vocabulary for jobs and recognise some characteristics and skills needed for a job. You will talk about what job you used to want to do and what you would like to do. Tasks 1 -4 = 40 minutes Tasks 5 -7/8 = 20 minutes 1. Match the photos to the French words. 2. Listen to the survey results and check your answers, have you matched the correct word to each picture? 3. Listening and Speaking. Click on the link to the Kerboodle activity. Look at the flashcards, listen to the French and repeat. 4. Match the French and English. 5. Read the grammar notes about using job titles in the masculine and feminine form and translate the sentences. 6. Speaking. Can you say these phrases in French? Say your answers out loud. 7. Write three sentences to describe characteristics you would need for a job. One job per sentence. 8. Read the description of the job and fill in the gaps. Extension.
