Operational Process Flow Your valuable spares in professional hands! After arrival at Legero Warehouse • • Check package quantity against delivery note, proper packing and outside damage Original packing list and/or delivery note will stay with the order Actual weight & dimensions checked against documents Update order info in Legero System Print Labels Label the packages & Store them at the ‘Customers’ designate area Change the order Status to ‘Stock’ • • • Prior to the dispatch orders are labeled with full style delivery address Any small items are packed on pallets or in boxes to avoid losses / damages If fumigation is mandatory we will arrange accordingly
