Solutions regarding Labour problems

• Though Wages are increased but its not according to the present day needs and inflation. • Over Time Payment should be 200% as per Labor Law. • Various Games, Competitions, programs and other positive Recreational facilities should be Encouraged. • A level of Confidence should be Encouraged between Labour and Management.

• Bargaining Position can be made Strong if they are Financially become Strong. • Various Welfare Programs can be started for the Welfare of their Families, such as various certificate courses on Weaving, Sewing, Cooking, Embroidery Work etc. • Pick and Drop Facilities can make the workers to reach on time. A good Transportation Allowance can also solve this problem. • Labour Colonies can solve the problem of Accommodation or Good Accommodation Allowance.

• Social Security Scheme should be held responsible to provide good Quality Medicines. • Professional outsider Labour Leaders should be Discouraged. • Old Labour Laws should be replaced by new Labour Laws which should be according to the Need of Time. • (Long working Hours) Their should be proper Check on this issue and if they work for More than 8 hours then they should be Paid Overtime.

• Working Condition should be made more Attractive and human Friendly. According to the season also. • Trade Unions should be Allowed as per Law. • Good Canteens should be introduced with good Food etc. • Day Care Center should be established in the Industries where a reasonable number of Women Workers are working, such centers will Take Care of their small Children.

• Disabled workers should be given jobs. According to their Disability and should be Treated Sympathetically. • Child Labour should be Discouraged and if there is any Employment, then it should be according to Labour Laws. • Labour Inspectors should be made responsible for Any Labour Issue on the part of the Management. Theirshouldbesomecheckson the working of Labour Inspectors also. • In-service Training Programs should be Encouraged to enable the workers to learn new up to date Knowledge.

• Adult Education Centers should be encouraged to make them Literate. • Their should be some Job Security Laws so that Labour may Not Lose their Jobs Easily. • Women workers should also be given Fair chance to Work and Earn their Livelihood. • Welfare Shops should be established and should be run on the Principle of “No Profit No Lose” basis.

• Payment of wages should be paid on time and not late. • Management should Change their Negative Attitude towards workers, as Friendly environment can create good results similarly workers should also show Positive Response. • Affective Measures should be taken for the Health and Security of the Workers. • Govt: should Pay Normal Un- Employment Allowance from the Zakat Funds.
