• Birth Control: Ø Birth control does not mean that their should be no children. Ø The idea is to control the rate of births and should be responsible interval between the births. • Easily Availability of the Experts: Ø The family planning program should be made easily available for the public. 3

• Literacy: Ø To Change your self, Change your Thoughts Ø Change in the attitude through education which can create awareness about the family planning programs. • Introduction of Population and effects of Population growth in the Syllabi: Ø Importance of population planning should be introduce in the Syllabi of various subjects / fields. 4

• Polygamy: Ø Un-necessary marriages should be discouraged. Ø If you can maintain equal status between them only in that case Monogamy is allow. • Role of Religious Leaders: Ø The religious leaders should be asked to clear the concept of more marriages among the people & matter related to Family Planning. 5

• Better Living Standard: Ø Awareness regarding better living standard should be created in the society & families should be provided better education, better recreation, better health facilities which leads them to better living standard & this is only achievable when the family members are limited. 6

• Awareness: Ø General awareness regarding the ill effects of population growth. Ø General awareness regarding the population planning. • Political Support: Ø Political support should be given to such programs. 7
