Payment Options t The terms of your lease require payment to be made quarterly t Range of options up to 72 months interest free t Additional time may be available with interest t This dependent on invoice value and whether you are resident in the property or not t If the invoice is above £ 10, 000 you will need to consent to a charge being placed on your property www. homesforharingey. org
Difficulty paying/Assistance ¨ Leasehold services have a specialist team of experienced officers ¨ They will assess your circumstances and be able to advise you how best to proceed ¨ Referral either to a Financial Inclusion Officer, Citizens Advice Bureau, Step change or the Department of work and pensions ¨ Your lender may be able to assist w payment ¨ We will ‘Hold recovery’ to allow time for solutions ¨ 1 -1 meetings individually to address complex issues www. homesforharingey. org
