Working Together What we do… What you can do… Prepare IEPs with relevant profile information and ways to support. Review IEP’s on My. Ed or Learner Profiles on the T: drive. Support you to understand students’ learning needs and implement accommodations. Provide for accommodations listed in the IEP. Update tracking sheets online. (Tracking Tuesdays) Communicate with Case Managers, course support teachers & counsellors about students’ concerns and successes. Track assignments and tests for TLC students. Communicate with teachers and Resource Team about students’ strengths and needs.

Select the IEP for the current year 41 -IEP-2019 click on student name (blue) 4. Student profile for stregths/stretches, Access to learning for adaptations. Extra Time: bringing assignments and tests to TLC (great jobs for a PT) Assignments: file by student in the coloured work boxes. Tests: use test sticky notes, file in Test Envelopes by LS block. Alternate Environment: TLC Drop-In Welcome to drop-in to TLC during class periods, with work to do. Use a computer, borrow a laptop, finish a test or assignment, need quiet space. Outreach: Mandate We invite you to collaborate with Learning Support Service so together we can support all learners. Ways we can support: Collaborate on differentiated instruction and Universal Design for Learning lessons and units. Co-teach with the whole class, mixed groups, or small focus groups Observe classes or individual students to gather information. Create class profiles, individual support, or behaviour plans Collaborate on finding or developing differentiated classroom material Assist in providing and/or developing adapted material Support/assist with the use of technology that facilitates differentiation
