Scenario 1: You are trying to place several newly arrived refugee women with a new employer. All of the women are practicing Muslims. You have two goals; first to employ the women and second to maintain and cultivate the new employer. First how would you prepare the employer to meet and interview the women? Second assuming the women are hired how would you prepare them for the job?
