Rasha 28/05/2014 10/6/2014 Feah (Infection Control) Action Taken We had the MRSA session with the staff – we are also are in the process of following up the MRSA rescreening patient flow. We will be finalizing the patient MRSA rescreening flow with the committee and with Dr. Ezeldin as well when he comes back from leave. The IPC meeting is on Sunday, so we will present the suggested patient flow Issue discussed with CSSD Supervisor and Head of ENT Dr. A. Jabbar. Adult ER Head Nurses were informed to arrange education for ER staff Dr Wesam: pictograms project has been established in the See & Treat Pharmacy since September
