In 2005, Foundation for International Human Resource Development cooperated with Khon Kaen University and Chiang Mai University to conduct Impact Study for GMS Countries. q. This project was funded by Thailand International Development Cooperation Agency. q. The objectives were to bring the strengths of Thailand’s technical cooperation projects to make Thailand’s foreign policies and plan the technical cooperation projects for the GMS countries in the future.
