Disposition Reason as Not Interested Decision Maker Not Reached Left Message No Message Left • Left message with gatekeeper or on a voicemail • Called & chose not to leave a message No Answer / No Voicemail • Rang continuously & did not have voicemail set up Appointment Set • A firm, scheduled appointment (Premise) or phone appointment (Telesales) has been set with a mutually agreed upon date and time • Next step --> Convert lead to an Opportunity Decision Maker Reached Follow Up Not Interested Do Not Call Red Disposition Reason = Dead Status (lead is removed from your list) Blue Disposition Reason = In Progress Status • DM requests a call back at a later time or date • DM not interested at this time • Request made to never call again or states they are on the “do not call list”
Disposition Reason Business Closed • Business is closing/closed Corporate / Chain • Company's corporate or headquarters number Disconnected Invalid Record When to Use? • Disconnected tone or recorded message Do Not Call • Do Not Call List indicator appears on lead page Fax Number • Fax tone Not a Business • Wrong number • Existing opportunity, in progress , on a different phone number Existing Opportunity Or • Existing Account with paid advertising on a different phone number Red Disposition Reason = Dead Status (lead is removed from your list) Blue Disposition Reason = In Progress Status
