• SPA - campaigned to open earlier than planned • LATE PAYMENT PENALTIES – removed for bills sent to wrong address • PET LICENSE - free for those applying before 1 Jan 2018 • GYM GUEST PASSES – Increased from 2 to 6 a year • COMPOSTING – bin in Kent House • LIFT NOISE – volume lowered
