Our club submitted a grant for consideration to LCIF/Anthem to help with a fall cleanup of litter and debris in Bethany post tornado that swept through Bethany and the area on May 15, 2018
We are pleased to partner with Anthem employees to make a Positive difference in our town. What will we be doing? - Planting trees by the lake at Vet’s Memorial Park Clean up of roads of litter and posttornado debris and place for roadside pickup Pull objects to the roadside for roadside pickup

Need to know… Reporting Time: Location: Routes: Transportation: from What is provided: Food: Time Commitment: Between 8 am – 9 am on Saturday, November 3 rd Bethany Town Hall, 40 Peck Rd. , Bethany, Ct 06524 Will be assigned at the time of registration Some routes are walkable – Others we will bus to and Safety vests, work gloves, large garbage bags For tree plantings: Shovels to put on trees roots (holes will be pre-dug ) At registration, hot beverages and donuts When done – “Lunch To Go” 9 am – 11 am – Morning shift only

Young and old alike of all backgrounds with a common goal. To leave Bethany on 11/3 a little better than when we woke up that morning and to give back. Thank You Anthem Employees!
