Implied Consent Law • If you are arrested for drinking and driving, you must comply/agree to take a test to determine BAC (Blood Alcohol Concentration). • This is a law in all 50 states. • If you refuse, the penalty is equivalent to driving with a BAC of 0. 10% or higher
Zero Tolerance Law • Teenage drivers with any BAC over 0. 01 violate the 21 -year-old minimum drinking age laws.
