Mrs Garrard - a little bit about me! • I have been teaching A Level law at NSFG for 12 years now and have been proud to see so many of my students go on to study law at university, have a look at the alumni section of the website to see some of their journeys. • I began my career in banking, where I worked through the ranks from Cashier to Branch Manager for a major high street bank for 16 years, I became disillusioned with the financial services industry and embarked on a law degree whilst working for the bank. • I found my passion studying law, after gaining a first class degree at the University of Kent I went on to study my masters in medical law and ethics and the criminal justice system. I decided I wanted to teach the subject and began working at NSf. G in 2009 as well as lecturing law at the University of Kent one day each week. • In addition to my role as law teacher at NSf. G I am the Progression and Pastoral Leader for Sixth Form, supporting students throughout their time with us and ensuring they are prepared for their next steps.
