World Conditions Favorable to Established Global Police • European Union is creating its own transnational police force • Need for nation building will continue but infrastructure and democratic government can only be created under the protection of a global police force, which will provide security and police training • With billons spent around the world on peace keeping, the time is ripe for cost efficient permanent police force.
