Latent Potential Local coordinator is responsible for: – Attending project steering group meetings – Ensuring that participants complete required profiles and peer-review reports First Steering Group Meeting 5 -7 February Brussels
Latent Potential Local Group Consist of – 9 (including coordinator) participants – All must be active or have experience in decision making in political, economic, social or cultural fields – 5 will be women, 4 men – 5 will be members of groups experiencing exclusion First Steering Group Meeting 5 -7 February Brussels
Latent Potential Participants are responsible for: – Undertaking one peer-review exchange – Completing agreed personal profile – Completing agreed peer-review exchange reports – 50% to participate in on-line mentoring network First Steering Group Meeting 5 -7 February Brussels
Latent Potential Peer-review Exchanges – Each partner has ‘ 9 vouchers’ - one for each participant (€ 850 max – 3 nights/4 days) – Each partner visits minimum of 3 partners to undertake peer-review and exchange of experience First Steering Group Meeting 5 -7 February Brussels
Latent Potential Peer-review Exchanges – Agreed format – Agreed timetable – Short peer-review/evaluation report per exchange (max 4 pages – agreed format - € 1000 per report – total = 14 reports First Steering Group Meeting 5 -7 February Brussels
