It's natural for people to disagree at times, because we all have different interests, values, goals and needs. Sometimes we don't understand other people and what they really mean, or they don’t understand us.

Be at the same eye level 5. Try and use “I statements” and avoid saying “You” as much as possible 6. Pay attention to your body language – for example arms crossed or fists balled 7. Relax your facial muscles

Students should develop a very brief skit demonstrating a conflict – nominate two students to act out the conflict in front of the class 3. After each skit – ask the class to brainstorm on what the actors could do differently to resolve conflict. 4. Do skit a second time using the suggestions from the video, PP and classmates.
