The Academy of Leadership and Military Science Experience Cadets are organized into a leadership structure that is modeled after a United States Navy command hierarchy. This structure is the catalyst for all rank-assignments, assigned duties, subordinate/command relationships, and leadership opportunities within the battalion of cadets. Cadets are given true leadership responsibilities and the autonomy of developing and executing tasks normally performed by an instructor. Their level of proficiency and maturity is consistently lauded by program inspectors.
