This system will track Fatal and Severe Risk controls in a standardised format throughout the Australia Hub. © Laing O’Rourke 2016, all rights reserved. The new reports allow us to drill down on sites, FSR elements, and control question. This will be used to identify trends and as a planning resource when reviewing our 30, 60, 90 -day risk management plan.
