It is a process by which two or more students involved in a dispute meet in a private, safe and confidential setting to work out problems with the assistance of a trained student mediator. This month, school counselors will select a group of students who will become Peer Mediators this school year and work with them in a cycle of group counseling to learn the 5 stages of peer mediation. We are looking for students who are interested in becoming part of this pilot program!
