KVS – UBI Fee Collection Fee for the coming quarter [April – June 2015] will be collected through UBI Fee Collection System. Class teachers have to enter data for all students of their respective classes into the system using internet. After entry is made by a class teacher, it has to be verified by the class teacher. It is called “First Verification”. 2
KVS – UBI Fee Collection After first verification, the data will be verified by the Principal and it will be called “Second Verification”. Once second verification is done the data will go to UBI. Now, any UBI branch will see the data of any where and at any time for fee collection. 3
KVS – UBI Fee Collection From 1 st to 15 th of the fee month, fee will be collected without fine. But on 16 th and afterwards, fine will be charged by the system [Rs. 5/- or Rs. 10/-] per day. Class teacher needs not to bother about the fine as it will be collected by the bank at the time of deposition of amount either by cash or by online. 4
KVS – UBI Fee Collection Date entry and verification has to be completed before 31 st March this year. Fee Challan will printed by the class teachers of their respective classes. The fee challan has to be distributed to the parents. Parents will go to bank with this fee challan and deposit the fee. 5
KVS – UBI Fee Collection A fee challan has 3 slips showing details of student and fee. One copy will be retained by the bank and another copy will be submitted by the parents to class teacher and the last one will be kept by parent. Print and distribution of fee challan will be done only for 1 or 2 quarters, after that parents will download fee challan themselves from internet using login ID and Password of the student. 6
KVS – UBI Fee Collection Parents can deposit the fee through following modes. a) b) c) d) Cash Deposit at any UBI Branch Internet Netbanking Service of Any Bank Debit Card / Credit Card of Any Bank Mobile Banking Service of UBI NO CHEQUE PAYMENT In the beginning, most of the parents will prefer cash mode, therefore, we have to provide them the fee challan. 7
KVS – UBI Fee Collection NO EXTRA CHARGE will be taken by the bank from the parents, if fee is paid by any mode except Credit Card. In case of payment by Credit Card, 1. 5% additional amount will be charged of the total fee amount. . For making payment, parent needs not to open bank account in UBI. They can use their existing bank debit card / credit card / netbanking service. 8
KVS – UBI Fee Collection The concept of working day and late fine stand abolished hereafter. For example: If a parent deposits fee, through any mode, on 18 th then the system will charge Rs. 30/- as late fine [assuming that student pay both tuition and VVN]. It does not matter 16 th or 17 th was holiday or not. Fee months are as usual i. e. April, July, October, January of each academic year. 9
KVS – UBI Fee Collection Class teachers will generate UID [Unique Identification] Number for every student. In the absence of UID, fee will NOT be collected by the UBI bank. UID is 15 digits number which represent Region Code, KV Code, Year, Shift and Admission Number of a student. Class teachers have to enter only Admission Number of the student, system will add other information and UID will be generated.
KVS – UBI Fee Collection Class teacher will make entry of all students. Students admitted under RTE or Single Girl Child who are not paying any fee, have also to be entered. If a child gets TC, then class teacher will delete his/her UID. In the new KV, another UID will be generated for him/her if he/she takes admission in another KV.
KVS – UBI Fee Collection Using UID, parents/students can download fee details of last 2 years. The downloaded slip can be used by the parents for claiming fee reimbursement in their respective department.
